I'll almost certainly buy the Affinity 2.0 upgrades, even if there's no compelling new features. Maybe i will renew my ACDSee Ultimate license or wait for Affinity V2. Now i am wondering where my money is going to this year. Let's see if they have to resort to more aggressive discounting during the periodic sales during the next year? It's rare for a new DxO release not to contain a big new feature, so this is an unusually thin release. The small improvements in Local Adjustments I can live without. I don't have interest in keywording or Fuji cameras, I don't need a modest speedup in image export, and I don't have or plan to buy any cameras not supported by PL4. A price increase with no features that are worth it.Īgreed, I just can't see any reason to upgrade.
I´ve been upgrading every year since Dxo Optics Pro 11, sometimes just to support the company, and this is the firs year i am going to skip the upgrade.
